When AC is on and RPMs are around 900-1000+ it is hard to push the gear knob into first. Without AC and idle is around 700-800 it's easy to get into first. At any time it often can be hard to get into 4th gear, it's like it fights back. Both first and fourth when they choose to be difficult the gears can grind a bit as well, often when it is hard to shift.Although issues are sometimes present with a cold engine, it feels like it's a lot easier on me with a cold tranny. And when the engine/tranny temps rise, it gets worse. The transmission gets so hot I feel it through the glove box, center console and foot well near the radio. I can sometimes spot an oily forming stubstances underneath the tranny on certain spots but not enough to leak and stain pavements. Could it be that new tranny fluid is needed? Or could it be a combination of that and a worn clutch? Not sure how to go about synchros.. What should I do? • with car off all gears are easy to get into 1994 300zx z32 NA 2+0
